Russell Querry

Russell was born and raised in Northern Virginia outside of Washington D.C.

Served in the U.S. Army from 1978 until 1980 where injured in a automobile accident and

relocated to Tampa for rehabilitation for a spinal cord injury

Attended USF and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 1986.

Attended Stetson University from 1992-1995 and received Juris Doctor degree.

Became a member of the Florida Bar and licensed attorney in April 1996.

Served as staff attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Joseph G. Donahey Jr. from 1999 through 2001.

Served as an Assistant State Attorney for the thirteenth judicial circuit (Hillsborough County) from 2001 through 2003.

Went into private practice in late 2003 focusing on Dependency cases until 2007.

Now primary focus criminal defense, criminal traffic and driver’s license suspensions.

Have been working along side Gilberto Sanchez in this capacity since 2008.
